Orto weblog

Durante le mie passeggiate mi imbatto in giardini e orti che osservo con attenzione.
Così, a Treviso, ho visto nella campagna l’omonimo radicchio colorare la terra invernale.
Un campo intero.
Il mio piccolo orto non può competere con l’ampiezza di questa coltivazione, ma per il prossimo inverno qualche radicchio di Treviso lo pianto anch’io.
In padella o sulle braci del fuoco è ottimo.

Questo è il mio ultimo pensiero per l’anno 2008.

Non mi resta che augurarvi un felice e prospero 2009.
